I believe this is a fairly rare manual so I thought I would try my Christmas present out (a scanner) and post the results here (higher resolution scans are available if needed). The first picture provides a good guide on telling the different brands apart. The last shows the universal bracket and funnels. Note that only the Buffalo brand has a retention chain on the filler cap in this manual.
