Porta Pala, Hacha y Pico NOS WWII

I've had this NOS WW2 pioneer rack for a few years.

The recent post here in the tool section prompted me to show it here on the G again.

All of the metal parts of the tools are painted black, except for the neck of the shovel, which has been left in natural steel. No paint on any of the wood.

Of special interest is the packing material still on the blades.

There are cardboard sleeves on the blade of the axe and pick mattok, and a piece of rubber hose on the pick end of the mattok.

Also the wire tie still hanging on the shovel handle.

Today was the first time I ever took any of the tools out of this rack.
