Yours seems to have the engine is right but it's a different generator. Maybe it's a different power unit.
The PE-214-B has a 300 watt output and can be switched between 120 volts and 240 volts.
I have one being cleaned up for use right now.
I am in search of the tools specified for the kit --- listed in TM 11-945.

Assuming that the generator is original to the unit (and the power panel looks right), it is PU-61/U. Output is 28 VDC @ 750 W. It would appear to be a follow-on of the PE-210 which had a GN-52-(*) and output 6-22 VDC @ 30 A. Same range of little 2-cycle engines and same or similar frame and control/output panel and primarily intended for battery changing service..
PE-214 is the equivalent with 115 VAC generator and appropriate control/output panel. PE-162 is the other one from the series and output 6 VDC and 500 VDC for several different portable radio sets, including in the last model, AN/GRC-9. They all used the same range of engines and approximately the same frames (except that some of the basic (unlettered) models had no frame.
